On-Location Training
Can't come to a class in-person? Not to worry, we offer in-home private and semi-private sessions taught on portable Lagree Fitness Microformers™—perfect for the busy executive, mom of 3, or anyone who needs additional convenience.
Group Classes (Coming Soon!)
Our studio will soon feature state-of-the-art Megaformers™, which use a system of springs and pulleys (and your own body weight) to facilitate a challenging workout for all levels. Come experience our community and challenge for yourself!
