Through expert-led, state-of-the-art Lagree Method training, we create space for our clients to align their intentions, define their strength (and muscles they didn't even know they had), and redefine previously held limitations, creating the strongest, most excellent versions of themselves.

OUR METHOD

The Lagree Method is a one-of-a-kind, science-backed exercise program that combines elements of reformer Pilates, cardio and strength training to deliver efficient, effective results. All in just 45 minutes.

Slow-Twitch Muscle Fibers

Slow-twitch muscle fibers enable long-endurance feats. Our workout activates slow-twitch fibers through slow-paced fat-burning movements for lean muscle development.

Controlled Movements

Slower = harder! Controlled movements maximize the effort in both directions of a movement (the push and the pull). The slower you move the better the results.

Constant Resistance

Consistent resistance driven by spring tension and weight of the carriage brings you to muscle failure (a good thing!) and improves overall muscular strength and endurance.

Our expert instructors are certified to teach the Lagree Method, combining reformer Pilates, strength and cardiovascular training. All sessions are tailored to each individual client's unique goals and needs.

First Time?

Everyone's nervous their first time but at Align Define, we go together! Pro tips to prepare for your session with us:

Plan ahead! Your instructor will plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to setup equipment. They will give you a brief demo of the machine and share helpful tips on how to get the most out of your time with us.

Sneakers are required, and we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing to ensure proper body alignment.

Make space! Our state-of-the-art machines have dimensions of 91.5" x 24" x 6", and we kindly request you clear adequate space ahead of time.

Channel your inner queen! Be prepared to push your body to limits you hardly new existed. After all, we're all about excellence.

Water will be your best friend before, during, and after your session. Have a bottle handy or feel free to purchase one from us.
